The Hunley is Coming!

So you ask, what is a Hunley? On the night of February 17, 1864, the H.L. Hunley
embarked on a dangerous mission that would forever mark her place in history.
Eight men entered an experimental vessel that was to become the first successful
submarine in world history, with a mission to sink an enemy ship, the USS
Housatonic. Hear the story of its discovery, recovery and more. The reproduction
Hunley will be visiting Brimfield during Hitchcock's Civil War reenactment on
August 7 & -8, 2010

The public is cordially invited to attend this free
program which incorporates good food (yours) with good company. Speakers are
highlighted each meeting. Coffee and tea are available, for a .50 cent donation.
Coffee Hosts Needed - We need two people to set up coffee for each Brown Bagger
