  1) A New Clown in Town * for all ages!
This one-hour workshop is being offered for a free-will donation to Hitchcock!
This will be the perfect time to meet Maggie the Clown, formerly of Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus. Enjoy a mini-show and a makeup demonstration, and receive a balloon animal for attending. Conclude with questions and answers.

  2) Clowning Workshop (7 - 12 years)
Learn improvisation, magic, juggling, costume creation, makeup artistry, and how to make balloon sculptures, while creating a clown character all your own. Then, make 'em laugh with a class performance for the whole family! (8 classes)

Dates: Wednesdays, 4 - 5 pm
Session A: January 27 - March 24; no class 2/17
Session B: March 31 - May 26; no class 4/21
Fee: $50*

  3) Ballet  (7 years - adult)
Fun, smiles and love of dance are the ingredients for these master classes in ballet. As a teacher, Joanna is renowned for her gentle approach, and credits her success to the simple principle of sharing her love of fine dance. Joanna was the founding Director of the Sydney Regional Ballet School and Performance Company, was a Principal Dancer in Australia at the age of 16, and she has won over 200 ballet competitions. On-going lessons Saturdays. (4 classes)

Dance class dress code:
6 - 13 year-old ballet: Black or navy leotards / optional short ballet skirt / pink ballet tights / pink leather or canvas ballet shoes
Open Classical ballet: Dark leotard / pink leather or canvas ballet shoes / optional extra clothing of a wrap skirt or dark stretch shorts or dark footless tights/leggings
Men and boys (over 8): Black or navy leggings and white t-shirt / white ballet shoes / white socks

  4) Children's Martial Arts  (Ages 4 and up)

  5) Garden & Nature I  (2.5 - 6 years)
Discover the joys of gardening and explore the wonders of nature through seasonal, hands-on activities, stories, and take-home projects. Play clothes only! (7 classes)

Fee: $55*
Supply Fee: $25 paid to instructor on first class

Half-hour private lessons. The student provides music and guitar. (7 classes)

Session C: May 12 - June 23
Fee: $130*

  7) Math GAP: Games, Art, & Puzzles (Grades 4 - 6)
Explore the world of math around us! We will play a variety of games that will enhance math skills, investigate time line designs on paper and in nature, and construct geometric shapes to take home. For those who enjoy puzzles, we will look for patterns and use logic to unlock the mysteries! (7 classes)

Dates: Thursdays, 3:15 - 4:30 pm
Session A: January 21 - March 11; no class 2/18
Session B: March 18 - May 6; no class 4/22
Fee: $88*
Supply Fee: $12 payable to the instructor on the first class

  8) Playgroup (Infants - 5 years with adult)
Children can hear a story, sing a song or just socialize with other preschoolers. This parent-led program welcomes all; stop in!

Dates:Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 - 11 AM; no playgroup during school vacations or on holidays.
